Lithuanian group had a discussion about youth exchange topic. There are no bad or good feelings. Too express your emotions is very important. Emotional intelligence helps to distinguish and understand one's own and other people's emotions and to control them. People who are able to recognize and manage emotions have high self-esteem, are more self-confident, adapt to changes faster, learn more successfully and communicate more easily. Also more effectively finds a way out of situations and gets caught in conflicts. After the meeting the group members were divided into pairs and had the task to make 4 posters.

The second task was to reflect on own habits and find a photo that demonstrates them favorite way of expressing emotions. It was concluded that the youth center is very attractive place for most of the participants. After discussing everyone's photos, the group did a short presentation:

Evaluation Paragraphs from our participants

ITANAS. While travelling to the project, I was hoping to see the organization of the other countries, originality, the presentations of each country, to get to know their cultures and see the island of Cyprus. It's a bit more difficult to participate in the activities of the village because my knowledge of English language is very poor, but I managed to develop all the tasks very well. It is fun to communicate with young people from other villages because my basic knowledge of the English language was not enough, so I had to interpret with gestures or use google Translator, and the process looks very funny. This project helped to learn English and improve language skills, it allowed me to make sure that no matter what class you are, our hearts, souls and feelings are the same as the oxygen we breathe.

NOJUS. I participated for the first time. I expected a lot of activities, communication with groups from other countries, to find out how projects (exchanges) are going. I was hoping to learn more about other countries, their cultures and behavior. It all met my expectations. I thought that everything would be better. complicated and serious because I didn't know how the projects were going. I managed to participate in the activities quite well - I could communicate in In English, I offered my suggestions, which were listened to and implemented. There were many younger participants, so the sessions sometimes lacked more seriousness and attention. In the project, I learned how the Erasmus processes take place. I gained more knowledge, I improved in describing feelings and emotions, I got involved in working in groups, I offered my own ideas.

LUKNĖ. In the project "SUPYFEL" - Speak up your feelings we had a lot of activities that encourage you to express your feelings. Knowing how to Recognizing and expressing your feelings is liberating. There were activities that didn't seem to be about feelings, but they allowed a break from the topic, which also creates a feeling. It was very important for me that the activities were not boring, they were always engaging. There were also more fun activities like the energizer "drama lama" and similar. Some activities allowed us to take a breath and relax, for example: drawing fractals, coloring stones on the seashore. All the activities were really well organized. It was very fun that the participants took turns leading the activities - it was the homework of each country. I come back full of impressions, bright emotions and feelings.

LUKAS. So, I expected it to be worse than it was, both the team members and the Representatives of other countries welcomed me very kindly. I am glad that I had to overcome myself and that I was accepted into the team. Everyone was extremely friendly. The only thing that hindered me personally—I don't know English very well, but there is nothing you can't learn, I talked to as many as I knew English. In addition, the team helped me, and I am grateful to team members.❤️ I learned to get over myself. Courage to speak in front of an audience. I improved my English. I learned to communicate well with the team, like family. Thank you for accepting me into this project❤️

DOVILĖ. Before the project, I was worried about my English skills, I expected that there would be a lot of activities where I would have to speak in front of an audience, in groups or pairs. However, the activities were mostly presented in the form of arts, sports and competitions, which made it easier to join the circle of project participants and to communicate more confidently in English. I am happy that I did not panic and when necessary, stood up in front of the audience to present the assignments, communicate with the members of the mixed teams and create monologues and dialogues impromptu in English. I absorbed the movements of traditional dances of other cultures, learned new words, and created a relationship with the project participants. Also, the group of project participants was too large, confusion often arose and this hindered stable work. The attitude and behavior of some participants in the project was intolerable, it seemed that they felt as if they had come for a vacation, not to gain new experiences, to learn, to represent their country. This attitude and attitude of the participants was disappointing and left a negative impression on the inhabitants of that country. More than one group leader avoided getting involved in activities, learning together, creating, this behavior was also surprising and caused negative feelings. But at the same time, it allowed me to be happy and proud of my team leaders because they participated and got involved in the activities as much as possible.

GABRIELĖ. Before going to the project, I felt fear that I wouldn't be able to communicate in English, that I would feel uncomfortable being with people who are younger than me. I was hoping to get to know different people. Overcome my fear of speaking, learn not to be afraid to talk about how I feel. Travel to different cities. I really didn't expect that I would be able to participate in all activities. I was genuinely interested, although it seemed like I was saying some words wrong, other participants understood me, which boosted my confidence in my English language skills. The first days were also scary when participants from other countries came to me and start talking, because I didn't know how to react or what to say, as I am a self-contained person. By the end of the project, I was happy that all participants felt comfortable communicating. I improved my English language skills, learned not to be afraid to start a conversation, and now I know how to separate emotions.

AGNIUS. I I expected a completely different interaction between teenagers, but I found that everyone supports each other and are very friendly. My participation in the project SUPYFEL was 100% successful, involvement was a bit difficult, but still successful and I had no problems with communication. I have overcome my fear of speaking in front of large audiences and now I feel that it will be much easier to speak in front of larger audiences in the future.
