Preparation Activities
August 2023 Create a group in Facebook with all the trainers / leaders participating in the project for an easier exgange of ideas or questions about the program and for better communication, thought sharing and actions.
September 2023 Online APV Meeting of the Program (defining the whole timetable and work that we have to do in the project)
September – October 2023 Finilization of the participants that will participate in YE in April 2023 (2 to 10 of April 2024). Signing contracts with all participants of the training and the organisations. Online Meeting about the project with all participants
November 2023 Facebook group will be extented to all participants except from leaders, trainers and failitators of the orgnizations. Facebook page for the moment is going to be a closed page – after in dissemination is going to open for all the people for dissemination of the results.
December 2023 Online Meeting with the participants for the Logo Competition – Rules and informations about the competition
November – December 2023 Contest Logo for our project 'Speak Up Your Feelings'.
February 2024 Online meeting with all participants: 1st Detailed InfoPack that will be send to all participants through Facebook Webpage and also through their emails after the webinar. Representation of the results of our logo contest.
January February 2024 Do a research to find places which reflect the effects the feelings of the society. Take photo of something that reflect your personality. Photos must be send before the Youth exchange so to be work for them in YE.
February 2024 Lectures and discussions, informing the participants about feelings and how important is to express it from all partners organisatins in their areas.
March 2024 Project planning and implementation. Each country has to prepare a small presentation (theatre) that explains two feelings that will be given. During the performance, the participants will have to explain it through their moves without talking.
March 2024 Poster preparation from groups by each country, describing their theatrical (writing a title and decorating their poster).

- (b) Report of their action in SPEAK UP YOUR FEELINGS in their areas (photos and description of clothes recycling or reusing)
- (c) Posters of the participants to be in the webpage
- (d) 4 posters each National Team in electronic form to be represented in the Youth Exchange (Posters will be put also in webpage)
