Activities and Highlights:

Presentations: During the hour-long event, participants shared their experiences with the SUPYFEL project. Each participant spoke about their journey, insights gained, and the impact of the project on their personal and professional development.
Exercise: "Emotion Train": A unique exercise called the "emotion train" was conducted. In this activity, guests formed a line and participated in transferring an emotion from one person to another. This exercise aimed to foster empathy and emotional awareness among the participants, enhancing their interpersonal skills.

The event successfully disseminated the outcomes of the SUPYFEL project, provided valuable insights to attendees, and fostered a sense of community among the youth.

Evaluation Paragraphs from participants in NGO HESSA

Simireanu Alexandra: This Erasmus+ project was the first as a leader. It was really a unique experience for me, because I have never been involved in such a large group of people (young people and adults alike). I improved my communication and relationship skills with those around me, and I met people from different cultures (they were very well explained by each participating country). I met wonderful people there so I can only be grateful for this opportunity.

Postole Elena-Corina: For me, as a leader, Erasmus+ was the experience that improved my ability to work with young people. I strengthened my knowledge of teamwork, I stepped out of my comfort zone and I lived daily activities as if I were young and carefree again. I experienced some emotions, I learned about emotions that I hadn't experienced before at that moment, I laughed a lot and enjoyed my new acquaintances as if they were my old friends. A unique experience so far.

Dună Maria Alexandra: For me this experience was something I will always remember. I learned new things about myself and how to deal with my feelings, but most importantly, I met a lot of amazing people and I connected with them. We, together, made this Erasmus+ project an experience that will always be in my heart.

Toniță Carina-Medeea: I liked this Erasmus+ project because I learned a lot of new things like how to recognize my feelings and deal with them, but also words in other languages and interesting notions about the other countries that participated in the project. Moreover, I am really happy that I got to meet a lot of new people and make many friends, this project remaining a very enjoyable one for me.

Dună Bianca Ştefania: This Erasmus+ was the best. It was the most beautiful trip by far and I learned a lot from it. It felt so good to connect with this many people and spend time together. I am so grateful for being part of this project and I hope everyone gets to experience this kind of things at least once in their life.

Leșe Cosmina: I loved the SUPYFEL Erasmus+ project because it helped me develop myself and my skills, such as public speaking and communication skills, but it alsk teached me how to express my feelings and emotions in a healthy way. Apart of that, I also made new friends and discovered amazing people, learned about other cultures and improved my english. I will always remember and be thankful to this project.

Chilu Teofana-Ioana: The whole experience of this Erasmus+ project was amazing. Not only did I get the chance to improve my english language, but I made a ton of friends and met amazing people during the activities.I also learned how to deal and express my feelings and how to accept them in a healthy way, not being afraid anymore of showing them to the others. Moreover, I got to learn new things about different cultures and develop my public speaking and how to lead a team and work together.I will always remember this experience as one of my best and unique one!

Donea Mădălina-Elena: This Erasmus+ project really helped me on so many different parts. I've improved my communication and linguistic skills, I've developed emotionally, I've learned a lot of useful things about emotions and how to deal with them, but I've found out also new and interesting information about other people's cultures, thanks to the International Nights. I've also made new and amazing friends and built meaningful friendships. I loved everything about SUPYFEL.

Croitoru Andreea Teodora: This Erasmus+ project was my first youth exchange experience and it was amazing. I learned so many things like how to deal with my emotions, different feelings and moods and how to understand them. Also,i ve got more concious about others feelings as well.Besides the theme of this exchange program,i improved my english skills like speaking, writing and comprehension. Another thing that i like was that i met new people, learned things about new cultures and tried to spell or pronounce new words from others languages,so thanks to inter cultural nights. As i said,it was great,so definetely i d participate again in another eramus+ project.
